  1. Under the "APPLY HERE" tab on the website (only seen during the open application period), pay the application fee and receive an email link to an online application.

  2. Submit an application during the open application period. Applications received after 11:59pm on the final day of application period will be discarded.

  3. Within one week following the closing of applications, all eligible applicants will receive an email with the date and time of their interview. 

  4. The first interview session will happen within a couple of weeks of the closing of applications.

  5. The top 50 applicants from the first interview session will be brought in for a second interview, usually within a couple of weeks of the first interview. This interview will rank the top 50 applicants and will determine placement on the list that will be used to bring applicants into the program. 

  6. If an applicant on the list is not called in by the time the next application period opens, that applicant would have to re-apply to the program for consideration.

Have the following information available:

High School Diploma, GED, or Transcripts (not required to be an official set)

For Veterans, a copy of their DD214.

A one page resume

Name and address of the High School you attended

Three references.

Previous employment history.

PayPal will send you an email receipt* from PayPal  "no-reply < POWR" will be sent to you. A link to the on-line application will be contained within that email. 
*The email receipt may end up in your spam and junk folders. 


Once the application has been submitted, an email receipt from integrated-software <> will be sent to you confirming the application was accepted. 

If you do not receive the confirmation email, your application did not go through.
