LOCAL 417 WAGES & BENEFITS

• Apprentice pay rates are based on the current Journeyman scale. 

• Apprentices will start at 47% of Journeyman scale.

• After the 1st year, apprentices will get a raise every 6 months upon meeting the minimum requirements. 

• As of January 1, 2021, the current starting pay is $22.88 per hour.

• Benefits are on top of the pay, meaning they don't come off of the pay check, including retirement, healthcare, dental, eye coverage and more.
